As a new home inside the highly desirable Tiong Bahru heritage estate, Highline Residences offers a rare mix of modernity and old-world charm. Our campaign leveraged on this, with imagery designed to appeal to the hipster crowd who frequent Tiong Bahru, our potential buyers.
Based on the idea of “recipe for the good life”, we presented Highline as the home that has all the right ‘ingredients’.
This was styled to read like a lifestyle magazine rather than a conventional brochure, with the contents presented in an editorial manner.

To fully capture the languid pace of life at Tiong Bahru, we shot this lush arty film devoid of any hard sell, save for the sign-off. This was played at the Highline sales gallery.
